Estimate/Consultation
The estimate or consultation appointment is really about gathering your vision for the project and finding the best possible solution to bring that to life. Even if painting isn’t the final solution and we end up recommending you to a different trade, our goal is to recommend what best serves you. During the proposal process We will also talk about the budget and discuss the desired scope of work. We are always happy to itemize various options so you can select what works best for your vision and your budget. Ultimately if things are a good fit for both parties we look forward to working with you! But even if you don’t select us for your project we wish you well and look forward to a call on the next one.
Painting Estimate vs. Proposal
An estimate is a rough guess of the cost of performing a service, while a fixed bid or proposal is a set price for a specific scope of work. At Grants Pass Painting, although we may give you a rough estimate upon request, we will always provide a detailed proposal with specific scope of work and a fixed price before we get started. This has proven time and time again to be best for both us and our customers. Also know that as our customer, you can always come to us and request additions to your job and we will provide additional work proposals to make sure your vision comes to fruition.
We are always happy to provide free estimates and consultations. We also want our customers to know that we are here for the long haul and although our service is painting, our goal is to provide the best solutions for our customers as possible, even if that isn’t painting. Our hope is to build a long-term relationship with our customers built on trust.
Booking & Job Completion
Once a contract has been accepted and a deposit taken we reserve a slot in our schedule for your job. As we get closer to the month of your project, expect a call to confirm the exact start date and time. We take start dates and deadlines very seriously. Our promise is to show up on-time, every time and to communicate ahead if we can’t.
